Mr. Wambugu holds a Bachelor of Laws and two Diplomas: Advocate Training Programme and a Commercial Pilot License (CPL)/ Private Pilot License (PPL) under License No. YK- 9259- CL. He has a public service experience of over 10 years, where he has served in various MDAs, including the Office of the Attorney General - Department of Justice- Government Transactions (Current), Kenya School of Flying as a Flight Ground Instructor, NACADA, Public Procurement and Oversight Authority and the Music Copyright Society of Kenya.
