Mr. Makokha holds a Master’s Degree in Data Communication and a Bachelor’s in Information Communication Technology. He has an experience of 20 years in the civil service as an ICT officer, 10 years of which are at senior management level. He is currently the Director, ICT in the State Department for Public Service and Human Capital Development.
