Ms. Odera has a Master’s in Development Policy and Practice from the Geneva Graduate Institute and a Bachelors in International Relation (Peace and Conflict Studies) from USIU. She has close to a decade experience in development work especially in Youth mainstreaming, focusing in developing and advocating for policies, programs, and tools for government and civil society. She works to strengthen the capacity of youth and women organizations to advance local, national, regional, and global peacebuilding strategies. She has served in the Commonwealth coordinating Youth Peace and Security strategies.
